The partner university remains the sole degree-awarding institution. All final degree certificates — Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD — are issued exclusively by the university.
Tinpet provides the complete digital learning infrastructure including the course delivery environment, academic support system, and student management tools.
Students complete all courses and programme requirements through Tinpet's structured online learning system at their own pace and schedule.
Upon programme completion, the partner university issues the final degree certificate — Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD — to the graduating student.
